What are the delivery times?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery within Slovakia is 1 to 3 business days.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We do not currently offer in-person pickup at our office. We offer a wide network of Packeta pickup points.

Are your supplements suitable for vegans?

Most of our products are plant-based and suitable for vegans. Check the composition of each product for details.

How do I report damaged goods?

If your order arrived damaged, please take photos and send them to info@growmedica.cz. We will resolve it as soon as possible by sending a replacement.
